The FirePause Standard Response Upright Sprinkler (68°C) is designed for installation above exposed pipework in warehouses, plant rooms, and industrial spaces. When the ambient temperature reaches 68°C, the glass bulb fractures releasing the cap and spring, discharging water in a hemispherical spray pattern upwards and outwards.
For optimal safety, commercial extinguishers should be inspected monthly and professionally serviced annually as per strict fire safety standards.
Most dry chemical extinguishers last between 10-12 years if maintained correctly, but the propellant and cylinder integrity must be checked regularly.
